Week 1 (Jan 9th, 2020)


     We all meet in the class with Dr.Ejaz and other students to go over the syllabus including all the important dates and other information.

12 PM - 3 PM

Week 2 (Jan 17th, 2020)

     First meeting with professor Notash, we briefly introduced our project to professor Notash, and also report all the work that we had done during the winter break.

2 PM - 5 PM

Week 3 (Jan 21th, 2020)

     We brought the parts to Professor Notash's office in order to perform those parts works and those fit our project. There was further discussion about improving the project. Which requires a lot of extra measurement and investment (which may consider adding into the project if the project is done earlier than scheduled or budget is allowing).

12 PM - 1 PM

Week 4 ( Jan 28th, 2020)

     Professor Notash reviews our website and gives a lot of thoughtful ideas to improve our web design. Also, he introduces either an Acrylic sheet or a Polycarbonate sheet for our suitcase in order to have a better presentation effect. We were asked to provide Engineering requirements and other documents up to date before the next meeting. 

1 PM - 2 PM

Week 5 (Feb 4th, 2020)

     Professor Notash reviews our website pages including Engineer Requirement, Progress Log, Budget and Time Effort Table. Which Time Effort table and the budget table needs to redo. And then a discussion over the material of the suitcase. And pointed out the due date is coming soon, schedule-wise needs to speed up in order to catch up. Eventually schedule a meeting for next week. 

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Week 6 (Feb 11th, 2020)

     No meeting for more time to test gear motors.

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Week 7 (Feb 18th, 2020)

     Professor Notash reviewed our progress log, and there was a lot of information needs to edit in order to present a clearer ideas. Also, Professor Notash required the team to start working on the project report due to the closing deadline.

Week 8 - 11(Feb 25th, 2020 - Mar 17th, 2020)

     No meeting due to an urgent event.

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Week 12 (Mar 24th, 2020)

     No face to face meeting due to the coronavirus, design progress is reported by e-mail.

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Week 13 - 14(Mar 31st, 2020 - April 7th, 2020)

     No face to face meeting due to the coronavirus, design progress is reported by e-mail. Professor Notash pointed out the issues from the senior design report. And layout the upcoming schedule for this course. Which the report is due by April 10th, 2020, and the final presentation will be pre-recorded to post it online a week before April 17th, 2020.

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Week 15 (April 14, 2020)

      No face to face meeting due to the coronavirus, design progress is reported by e-mail. The Group turned in the senior design report before April 10th, 2020. Record the online presentation video and upload it to the Youtube channels. And final check looks okay for the product before the final online section presentation.
